Looking for UUTX.exe

Hi everybody, I read about this command line uutx.exe and some example files to send IR commands without the need of girder or similar apps. I cannot find it here or anywhere on the internet, can anyboy please send it to me? I would really appreciate. Thanks!

Dear Jon,

I obtained a copy of uutx.exe from the-gui-automation.com , and was
told to inquire in this forum for a copy of the supporting files that
would permit the program to be used to control a Motorola cable box.

The usb-uirt works fine with BeyondTv and with the GUI program
from the-gui-automation.com , but I need to control it using a
Windows command line or batch program.

Is the documentation for uutx.exe available online somewhere?
