Zones and Girder 4

How to I specify which Zone to use when sending a command through Girder 4? I need to control two VCRs with the same code.

Girder 4's USB-UIRT plugin has a Zone pulldown menu in the USB-UIRT Action dialog to select which zone (or 'All' as default).
