Can I set USBUIRT up so it is just a repeater of IR signals?

I have all my components in the next room from my TV, I want to be able to have my USBUIRT repeat all the signals I send in to that other room via the blaster output on the back of it. Is there any software that can do this, without actually having to individually program each code and tell it what it should do when it sees that code, ie repeat the code as an output, thats how I did it with HIp, for a few functions on one component but thats going to take ages to do for about 100 functions on all the AV gear I have...

I know I could just go out and buy an IR repeater but if theres some software that can do it, that would be better.

Since the USB-UIRT actually decodes the IR signals, it simply is not a good fit for a generic repeater (as you are discovering).
