i'm admittedly new to usb-uirt/girder, so perhaps i don't....

i have a old tv (mitsubishi rptv). there are descrete codes available from the remotecentral site for power on, power off, and input selection....

these codes are not generated by the remote for the tv, and i am trying to automate some activities with the television using the usb-uirt and girder.

the codes on the remotecentral site are (?) pronto format codes...please correct me if i am wrong.

the usbuirt plugin for girder reports captured ir codes in a format that appears very different i am assuming this is "raw" format...i certainly could be wrong...

i am trying to enter the "pronto" (?) codes from the remotecentral site into the girder plugin to have the usbuirt generate the appropriate ir signal..

help with resolving this problem (including correcting any misconceptions on my part) gratefully accepted.

The Girder/USB-UIRT plugin can 'import' pronto codes. Simply start the learning process and then click the 'Import' button and paste your Pronto code in.
