Can't order from website

Trying to place an order thru this website:

When I click it goes to the PayPal page, but says "Page Not Found", meaning the link to purchase is gone I guess. I can log into my PayPal account from there, but that's about all.

Is there another way to order?

Got it sorted, the website that I was trying to order from doesn't play nicely with PayPal.
Ordering directly from usbuirt.com worked fine.
