UK has been restocked twice in that time frame, but orders keep outpacing the stock :(

More are expected in there early this next week.

I've been waiting for stock before ordering. Just about to place order today and the postage cost has suddenly doubled for UK to $20!!!!
I would love to know have the cost to ship within the UK can be £10.59!!!!!!!!!!!!!

UK Postage Rates Increase

Postby Darren Karp » Mon Jan 31, 2005 12:52 pm

Hi,

The reason the postage rates have increased is partly due to the exchange rate but also the service we are now using to send the parcels to you. I personally don't feel that £10.00 is expensive when you think that there are no duties or VAT to pay! We also have to swallow the paypal charges.....

In addition each order takes an average of 30 minutes to process, this includes:

1. Sending an email to notify you that your order is in process.
2. Printing address and postage labels.
3. Packaging the unit.
4. Completing the necessary shipping paperwork.
5. Sending another email with your tracking number.
4. Helping out with technical support / customer services emails.

I'm sure that now you now what's involved you'll agree that £10.00 isn't a great deal of money!

Regards
Darren
