is there a way to learn codes without using the usbuirt

If i know the code is there a way to learn codes without pointing the remote at the USB uirt? My office and where I do the programming is not where the USB urit is, it is off in a rack tucked away in a utility room. I am trying to find a way to teach it codes without pointing at it, I am very fluent with the registry this is what I have come up with right now.

learned codes are stored in the hkey_users\"userSID"\VB and VBA Program Settings\Uirt_IR\IRcodes.

There are two codes in there. one is lcode@"the IR device number assigned in homeseer" and the other is Ucode@"the ir device number assigned in homeseer"

the ucodes look exactly the way girder captures them when I point a remote to a pc connected with a usb uirt or some kinda ir receiver.
a 12 digit code like 3514002E44D8.

The lcodes I can't figure out are like this F3ER053C809D100F100F100F100F300F100F100F300F100F100F100F100F100F300F300F300F300F300F300F300F100F300F300F110F300F

I know how to get the 12digit ucode it is the same code that shows up in girder on a received event or shows up in the lrnhelper app. However I can't figure out the lcode.

Is there anyway If I know the 12 digit ucode and the device number that I could write keys to this location to create learned codes? The only thing I am lacking is how do I figure out what the lcode would be only knowing what the ucode is.
