USB-UIRT with Girder 3.1

I've been using Girder 3.1 (the last freeware version) and would now like to integrate a USB-UIRT into my setup. Will the Girder plugins work with Girder 3.1, or will I need to buy Girder 4.0?

There are plugins on the support page for all 3.x versions of Girder. For Girder4, the appropriate plugin is included with Girder.
