If I switch from my IRman to the USB-UIRT, how painful will it be, meaning after changing the plug-in within Girder to this unit, will my events still be the same as using the IRman unit or will the IR codes change?

Jim,

although the codes will still appear ar 6-digit events, they will likely change. Because of this, you will likely have to relearn. A pain, I know.
