I am having to constantly unplug and plug my USB-UIRT. Is like from time to time the PC stops recognizing it. Any suggestions. Thanks :?:

This shouldn't happen -- you can try plugging the USB-UIRT into a powered hub. Otherwise, contact support (might be a faulty unit).
