PC stops recognizing the USB-UIRT

I am having to constantly unplug and plug my USB-UIRT. Is like from time to time the PC stops recognizing it. Any suggestions. Thanks :?:

My setup:

Beyond TV 4 (release 4.2)

CPU Intel IV 2.4mhz

Internal Memory: 512MB DDR 400MHz

Tuner Card: AverMedia AVerTV PVR 150 Plus

Video Card: Diamond Radeon 9250 256MB PCI

USB-UIRT

FireFly remote

This shouldn't happen -- you can try plugging the USB-UIRT into a powered hub. Otherwise, contact support (might be a faulty unit).
