Repeating code not received

After reading through a few more posts i realized that the repeat code issue may be different depending on what you are trying to control. For me, im not using the uirt to transmit, only to recieve. So i would imagine that should make it easier to accomplish because there should not be an issue of IR confusion from the remote and the transmitter running at the same time.

So to clarify, remote -> usbirt -> girder -> girder event to change windows volume up and down.

The easiest way to make some buttons allow repeats and some not is to use Girder's 'Anti-Repeat' value. This value is assignable for each Girder event, and basically dictates how much time after a particular event is received that Girder will ignore duplicate events.
