Homeseer, Usbuirt and Freebox

i'm trying to use my usb-uirt with homeseer pro.
It's working perfectly with my TV LCD Philips remote.
It's not working with my ISP remote (ISP in france called Free, and the remote control is called Freebox).
I can learn codes correctly, but each time i click the "send" button in homeseer, it's not working. I used lrnhelper.exe to learn code in homeseer, the learning is good, even the "test transmit IR code" button works, but when i go back to homeseer, it's not sending anything.
Do you have any ideas ?
