Works in windows, but not in Linux!

I have two VIP622 and one VIP211K which I am unable to control fully in Linux MCE. I have most of the number keys working with the exception of number 9 (an ir file from sage had the correct codes)
I tried to learn the codes but the learnt codes dont work in Linux. When I learn the code in Windows, they work only from the windows box.
Any ideas? or if someone has the correct IR codes for these devices, please pm me.
