Running Sage TV 6.4. Just installed the usb-uirt. I trained it for the nymbers but it doesnt work. It has no effect on my Dish Network vip211 box. I tried putting it real close to the box but still didnt work.
How close is the usb-uirt supposed to be to the set top box ???

Correction its a Dish Network vip211K model. Not sure if that makes a differance.
