Vista Troubleshooting

The Vista drivers will install and Vista says the USB-UIRT is working properly yet no program, even lrnhelper, will see the USB-UIRT.
Works fine under XP, but not Vista (on my 32 or 64 machines).
Anyone else have an issue running USB-UIRT under Vista or can make any suggestions?
