USB-UIRT waking PC immediately after S3 suspend

I just upgraded my motherboard and CPU (without reinstalling my OS), and now whenever I put my machine into S3 suspend, it immediately wakes up. The Event Browser is stating that a USB Root Hub is waking my machine, and the USB-UIRT is the only USB device attached.
Any thoughts on how to debug this?
