USBuirt won't transmit "2"

Products:
1. Using Latest version of beyond tv
2. Using Scientific Atlanta HD3250
3. USBuirt is USBuir T0056 z, S/N 104321
Facts:
1. Set top box works fine changing to channel 2 manually on panel.
2. Set top box's remote changes to channel 2 just fine.
3. Have re-run the BTV setup wizard.
4. Have attempted to use the HD3250 selection as well as use no selected device and set top box remote to program USBuirt channel by channel. I successfully get a check box next to 2 when learning, but when it runs through the test, it will not change the set top box to "22" or display "22" when it gets to "22" during the test, even though the USBuirt lights do flash.
5. When I press keyboard numbers, all of them work except when I press "2" and hit enter.
6. Have tried different padding, delay, etc. but nothing works.
I absolutely LOVE this device.
