1/8" jack stopped working...?

I'm pretty sure the 1/8" jack on the back stopped working. As the red light on the front of the USB-UIRT still flashes when a command is sent, however none of the emitters flash (as they did before). I have reinstalled the drivers (no change). I also found this in an old post:

"1. To check and make sure the 1/8" jack on the back of the USB-UIRT is working: Plug a set of stereo headphones into the USB-UIRT and transmit an IR signal. You will hear it on the headphones. Make sure the audio is present on BOTH the Left and Right channels."


When I have stereo head phones plugged in the 1/8" jack and send a command I don't hear anything. Please help.

PS: My USB-UIRT has been working great with SAGE for quite a while until now...

THANX! To Jon and his excellent customer service, he sent me a replacement USB-UIRT. This fixed my problem. Which was the 1/8" jack had broken loose inside some how.
