Problem waking up from Standby

I have a problem waking up from stand by with the USB-UIRT. This is what I tried so far, looking at various posts here or on other forums:
1. The USB-UIRT is recognized by Girder and works.
2. I have tried going to S1 or S3 standby (controlling with dumppo.exe).
3. I have setup the flash of the USB-UIRT box with rnhelper.exe (tried with several remotes, on several IR slots). I cannot see how to do that in Girder.
4. The box flashes in standby when I press the remote, so there is power in the USB.
5. I have applied the USBBIOSx registry hack correctly (I verified many times).
6. In device manager, the “Allow this device to bring the computer out of standbyâ€

Actually, after reinstalling Windows it seems to wake-up the system, however the monitor remains disconnected, not until I press the keyboard or move the mouse. How could I overcome this? I have disable turning off the monitor in power management.
