USB-UIRT Forum

I am configuring the same USB-UIRT for use on two different laptops, one running vista, the other running XP. I couldn't find a driver for Vista but several posts in the forums here suggested that the XP driver should work without a problem. Indeed it does appear to WORK. However, when plugged into the Vista machine, the LED on the UIRT will blink 4 times quickly, pause for 1.5 seconds and then repeat... I am only able to send commands with my remote during that 1.5 second down time. It's not receiving any IR signals because if I leave the device where it is and plug it into the XP machine there are no problems and no constant blinking.

Any help?
