lrnhelper utility and Homeseer - Disabled Inject IR Code

I, can't for the life of me, figure out how to 'Inject IR Code' a discrete pronto code to Homeseer's learning screen. I have tried all kinds of things....

Here is what gets me the closest:
1. Shut down Homeseer (Otherwise lrnhelper crashes)
2. Start lrnhelper
3. click the button 'Learn an IR Code'
4. click a button on the remote and the hex code appears.
5. Remove that hex code and replace it with the discrete code.
When I do #5 the button 'Inject IR Code' becomes disabled.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Chris

Figured it out finally! I was using an invalid pronto hex code.

Hi Chris

I have a similar issue: I have a pronto code of:

0000 0068 0000 0044 0168 00B4 0016 0043 0016 0016 0016 0043 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0043 0016 0016 0016 0043 0016 0016 0016 0043 0016 0016 0016 0043 0016 0043 0016 0016 0016 0043 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0043 0016 0016 0016 0043 0016 0043 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0043 0016 0043 0016 0016 0016 0043 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0043 0016 0043 0016 0016 0016 06D9 0168 00B4 0016 0043 0016 0016 0016 0043 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0043 0016 0016 0016 0043 0016 0016 0016 0043 0016 0016 0016 0043 0016 0043 0016 0016 0016 0043 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0043 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0043 0016 0043 0016 0016 0016 0043 0016 0043 0016 0043 0016 0043 0016 0043 0016 06D9

According to the pioneer manual it's:

A59A+A5CD

Any suggestions?

What makes a valid pronto code?

Regards

Mark
