pronto and lirc problem

hello i just received my newly purchased usb-uirt and i'm trying to configure it with lirc
for some remotes it work fine but for my cable box remote lirc refuse to lern the code it always saying "something went wrong"
so i installed on a windows machine the irnhelper which seems to learn fine my cable remote but i'm having trouble to transfer the irnhelepr output into lirc format .

the irnhelper give me a probto code like this:
0000 007D 0000 000D 0010 0097 0010 0097 0010 0043 0010 0043 0010 0043 0010 0043 0010 0043 0010 0097 0010 0043 0010 0043 0010 0043 0010 0043 0010 0560

how can i convert it to lirc format ?
