Learning Code from IPAQ running NEVO

I have just received my USB-UIRT and started learning codes through MLServer plugin. It has worked on several remotes, but I am unable to learn from an IPAQ PPC that is running NEVO software. When I select learn in the add new comand, nothing happens on the USB. If it is not in learn the red led blinks rapidly when I press a command, but does not blink and I get nothing if it is in learn. So far this is the only remote that does not learn. I have an older Denon 3200 AVR that I want to capture the codes on, since I have lost the orginal remote and I have been able to get the IPAQ to work with it, I don't currently have a means to get these codes.

Any suggestions?
