Problem learning/transmitting

I'm using beyondtv 4 and while going through the install process, it seems to learn the codes correctly, but when testing, the 2,3,7, and 9 keys don't work. I've gone back several times through the learning process, and it's the same thing.

Any suggestions on how to fix it?
