Homeseer IR event triggers do not work

This situation started when I did installed HS & UIRT on a new PC. I exported the UIRT registry key and imported to the new system registry. A simple process. Unfortunately, HS events with IR trigger no longer fire. Sending IR from HS does work, however. I can relearn the codes and the events will work. Homeseer Tech support was unable to resolve the issue.
