usb-uirt, GBPVR, Hughes SD-HBH(Directv)

I've entered in the codes from my remote, and gotten all setup in GBPVR, but when I go to watch any channel, I get nothing. I know the usb-uirt works because I downloaded the Irnhelper utility and got a response for each button I pushed. I thought I read somewhere in my many google searches that for some STB's I might need to change a repeat option to 4 or an intercode delay to 200 milliseconds? Anyway, the usb-uirt was to be the only thing I needed to get my htpc working so it is an understatement that I'm a bit anxious. Any ideas?

Disregard this post as I've found the problem. Apparently the Capture card was not setup properly.
