sorry guys.......just needed some help ~

does this USB UIRT Girder Plugin works on all USB IrDa receiver.....i bought a Bafo IRDA V6102F.....and i always get a failed to find hardware in Girder.........

Can i use this plugin to work it out on girder ? thanx a lot ppl........

Offhand, I would say no. The driver was specifically written to talk to the
USB-UIRT device. But who knows, I could be wrong.

Sorry, but no. The USB-UIRT plugin is designed to work specifically with the USB-UIRT hardware. There are large differences between the USB-UIRT and an IRDA device. I know some people in the past have had some success with IRDA with the right software. perhaps there is an IRDA plugin for Girder??
