Hey my USB-UIRT doesn't tune past 99 when it trys to tune 000 it locks up Stapstream

There 'could' be a bad 'digit' in your Snapstream IR code file, but you could determine that by tuning to channels using all different digits.

Otherwise, you'll want to bring this to attention of Snapstream support (Snapstream developed their own built-in support).
