channel changing problems

I am using a Motorola cable box model DCt. I am having problems changing channels with 2's in them such as channel 2,12 and 24. The cable box will change to the correct channel and then immediately roll back to the previous channel. Occasionally, the channel will stay and work.

What PVR software are you using? Also, did you use a pre-defined setup or learn the codes?
