Where can I buy pre-made IR Emitters that work with USBUIRT?

I only ask, because I intend on re-selling them, so I can't go to the laborious process of making each one. I just need to know which ones work with USBUIRT, and I'll buy a handful at a time.

One place I've found them at reasonable small-qty prices is

I think all of the Xantech and 'clones' will work fine. There are single and doubles as well as some with visible red blinkers. They all should work -- it somewhat depends on your needs.
