OK, first of all let me explain the difference between learning a command using the 'LEARN' button on Girder's main screen vs. using the 'Learn' button in the Plugin Settings Window (they're different!).
When using the LEARN button on Girder's main screen, you are asking Girder to learn an IR event so that when you press the same button again on your remote, is will cause the highlighted command to execute. What this does *not* do is learn the button to transmit IR.
When learning a remote code in the Plugin Settings window, you are asking the USB-UIRT plugin to 'record' an IR signal and learn all of the details about the signal so that later the USB-UIRT can *transmit* the exact code again.
If you're seeing 'ERR No command to TX', my guess is that you were not successful in learning a button. So try this again:
1. Go into the plugin Setting Window
2. Press the LEARN button.
3. Aim your remote about 4 inches away from the USB-UIRT at a spot just to the left of the RED LED.
4. PRESS AND HOLD a button to be learned on your remote.
5. You should see the learn progress bar on the screen go all the way to 100% and the learn dialog will automatically go away.
6. At this point, the Plugin Settings screen will have a hex-numerical code in the 'Code1' box (and may have another in the 'Code2' box).
7. Press the 'Test' button to see if your code works.
Please let me know how this goes,
