Bell Expressvu and USBUIRT Problem

I'm using Windows XP and have a Bell Expressvu 3100 receiver. Also using Snapstream Beyond TV. I can train the reciever and the USBUIRT fine in the Snapstream setup, but when I go to Setup and Snapstream attempts to change channels on the receiver nothing happens. I can see the USBUIRT blinking but there's no response from the receiver. Any ideas where the problem could be?

I cannot recall, but does the Snapstream setup allow you to 'test' each learned button?

The Snapstream implementation unfortunately does no offer much in user feedback for debugging problems. Have you by chance ever used Girder (and are familiar with it)?

Some other things:

Can you send me a copy of your IRTuner.tvr file to support@usbuirt.com ?

Also, you can try adjusting the 'Repeat' rate in the 'Edit a Video Source' admin screen under Advanced Settings. Try setting it much higher (which will cause the IR code to be sent out longer) to see if the Sat box sees the code.
