USB-IRT stopped working

USB-IRT stopped working

I recently purchased a USB-IRT and it has been working with Beyond-TV and my Scientic Atlanta cable box until last night. I downloaded imhelper and when I run I get the following error message:

"Unable to connect to USB-IRT device. Please ensure device is connected to the computer!"

I have checked and the device is connected to the computer. The red led in the front of the USB-IRT blinks intermittently, so I know it must be connected.

Do I have a broken USB-IRT or is it another problem?

This is an indication that the Windows driver is not properly installed. Please check in Device Manager to verify there are no warnings listed by the "USB-UIRT Device".

Hi Jon.

The USB-UIRT stopped working again. How should I reinstall the drivers so they stay installed?

Device Manager

The device manager show now problems in the USB area. I do not see the USB-UIRT listed in that area either.
