Still in install mode - test only works on channels 44 and99

Just got the device. My Cable box, Motorola DCT6412 III is not listed. Trained USBUIRT on all 10 numbers and enter, but when testing only works on 44 and 99.

Windows MCE
Beyond TV4.20
Hauppauge MCE500 x 2

Any suggestions?

This usually indicates that training of all the digits did not complete correctly.

When training, make sure you have the remote powitioned well (stable, approx 2-4 inches from the face of the USB-UIRT, aimed directly into the face of the USB-UIRT at a spot just to the left of the red LED).
