Are any of these suitable as an emitter (UK)?

I am a potential UK user and if I do go ahead with the USB-UIRT, I will need to use two zones with two emitters to be attached as close as posisble to the IR receiver on my equipment.

Would any technical wiz be able to let me know if any of these would be suitable?

The second and third items listed are okay as emitters. The first link is *not* an emitter but an IR sensor.
