usb-uirt not recognized by girder after reboot

usb-uirt not recognized by girder after reboot

works fine if I unplug it and plug it back in, but as soon as I reboot girder says loaded in memory but... It is fine in device manager. Any suggestions would be great.
Sage Server: 1.8 Ghz PIV, Visiontek 550 Elite, 512 Ram, 100GB hdd for OS, 300GB and 250GB for storage.
