Mine was working fine before I reset my motherboard and replaced my video card/updated associated drivers. After getting the add hardware wizard, i tried to install the drivers again. THen I uninstalled and tried to install again.

Same message : The File FTD2XX.sys on USB-IURT disk is needed.

I have the file in the folder but, keep getting the same message, then installation fails.

What do i need to do to fix it? Also, I run Beyond TV.

The path is incorrect. Just change the path to where you extracted the files. It will find it.

Been a while since I posted, as I had some other pc issues.

I uninstalled the drivers, rebooted, plugged in the USB IURT, directed the add hardware wizard to the directory where the drivers are, and I get the same message re: FTD2XX.sys

I have confirmed that the file is in the directory. any help?
