Just purchased USB-UIRT

It arrives early next week. My sole purpose is to use the USB-UIRT to receive commands from the Harmony 880 remote to control Sage TV with.
I have no need for Sage to use the USB-UIRT to control my cable box as I am currently using the serial connection to the cable TV to great effect.

I was just wondering if there are any gotchas that I'll come across in configuring this.

This should work fine. Just use the Advanced Setup in Sage to access the IR mapping to events and train Sage for each function (play, stop, etc,)

I see you are connected to your cable tv via a serial connection. Can you tell me how you were able to do that and what RS232c controller you are using?? Thanks
