What OS are you using. If XP, can you tell me exactly what the 'balloon' in the lower right of the screen says?

Hi Jon,
I just tried reconnecting the usb-uirt and the window or balloon came up usb device not recognized, then as I was pecking out my repley to you, I tried it agin to bring up the balloon to copy. Well that was all it need win XP saw the device, the drivers installed without any problems, now I will test in Beyond TV to see if all is well.

I suspect your unit is has a merginal defect. Please contact
support@usbuirt.com so that we can get it exchanged.
