Pinnacle Pro PCTV 110i

I have Pinnacle PCTV 110i analog Tv Tuner card and have Tata Sky STB and use Win DVR 3 software
I can record programs but I want to automate the process of changing channels so wanna go with Girder and USB UIRT...
Is all well with config and can i buy USB UIRt and how to configure it in my configuration ??
