Where's the driver for UIRT. Device Manager shows error.

I purchased the UIRT from Beyond TV. When I run the BTV setup wizard, I bump into an error: "There was a problem communicating with the IR device, try disconnecting and reconnecting it." Device manager shows the UIRT under other devices with an error—no driver. What software/driver do I need and where can I download it to overcome this problem? Thank you.

Figured it out. Surprisingly, buying the UIRT from BTV didn't include a driver. Not even a hint to downloaded it.
