I currently have Vista Ultimate, Beyond TV, DIRECTV HR20 and a MCE2005 Remote and IR Blaster. Ugh to the last one. I should have done my homework because it can be rigged to work in XP media addition to work with Beyond TV but not in Vista. So I move on. So my questions are. Do I need the external IR blaster or can I shoot this across the room wirelessly to the satellite box? Its about 10 feet away. Will it work with my satellite box? Its a DIRECTV HR20. Does the 32 bit Vista driver work okay? I heard the 64 bit driver has problems so it concerned me.

I went ahead and ordered from here. I think it will be okay..
