Best "Remote Control Emulator" for Dish Network

Hello,

I love my USB-UIRT.

But I have no clue how to use Girder. I mean no clue. I don't think I'll ever even know what to download to make it control my Dishnetwork 508 receiver.

SO...

I just want a simple program that can emulate the keys of my Dish Network remote control.

Can someone please help point me in the right direction?
