Need to fix USB-UIRT installation

I am a new at this but I screwed up the USB-UIRT installation (as part of Sagetv) How do I go back to retry teaching the codes to USB-UIRT? I went into setup wizard but it did not let me retrace to that step.

OK, I was able to go back into the sagetv setup for USB-uirt setup. I was able to teach remote codes from 0-9 and it said successful at each point. However, when I try to use either the downloaded Sagetv guide or the Zapstream remote to change dish channels it doesnt work.

Am I missing something?
